Cancellations and refunds

Due to the high costs involved, we are unable to refund any payment unless we receive at least 21days notice prior to the event. The ticket prices have been heavily subsidised for the community. Any refunds issued will attract a £2.50 admin charge.

Any name changes to the ticket for the event will be processed upto 21 days prior to the event only. No name changes will be accepted after this time.

To receive a refund, please use the "Contact Us" page at the top. Please include your complete name, address and phone number, date of payment and reason for cancellation.

Any refund requests will only be processed a week after the completion of the event. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the processing of your refund.
